Annona squamosa (Sweetsop / Sugar Apple)

Growing Instructions (Zambia):
Sun: Full sun (at least 6–8 hours daily).
Soil: Well-drained sandy or loamy soil; avoid waterlogging.
Watering: Moderate watering; allow soil to dry slightly between watering. Drought tolerant once established.
Climate: Prefers hot conditions; protect young trees from frost.
Pruning: Light pruning to shape the tree and improve airflow.
Fruiting: Can start bearing in 2–3 years under good care.
