Palm Farm Nursery – Refund and Exchange Policy

At Palm Farm Nursery, we strive to provide quality plants, seeds, and products to our valued customers. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Refunds for Damaged Products

  • We offer refunds for damaged products only if clear evidence is provided that the damage occurred before the product was collected by the buyer.

  • This applies to damage caused during transportation or the loading process.

  • Refunds will not be issued for plants or products damaged after delivery due to the buyer’s neglect, mishandling, or unsuitable growing conditions.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not exchange products that were correctly supplied but later deemed unsuitable by the buyer (e.g., change of mind after receiving the item).

  • Exchanges are only offered when the wrong products were sent by Palm Farm Nursery.

 

Exchange Shipping Costs:

  • Palm Farm Nursery will cover the shipping cost for returning and replacing wrongly supplied products.

 

Seed Packet Orders:

  • If a wrongly supplied seed packet is identified, Palm Farm Nursery will send the correct item at no additional shipping cost.

  • For 1–6 wrongly sent seed packets, buyers do not need to return the incorrect packets, as the return shipping cost would outweigh the product value.

Processing Time

  • All refunds and replacements may take up to 14 days to process and finalize.
