Cactus family
Cacti are a sub-class of succulents or members of the succulent plant family. They often have scales or spines.
Light
Most succulents and cacti will be happy with 4 to 6 hours of full sun a day, depending on the type of succulent.
Water
In summer, plants should be watered once a week. During winter, water only enough to prevent withering and shrinking.
Fertilizer
These plants are not heavy feeders. Apply a weak solution of a soluble fertiliser in early spring and mid-summer.

Why I Love Succulents
A NASA study states that succulents can clean and purify up to 87% of the volatile organic compounds present in indoor air. They come in beautiful colours and shapes, are very easy to care for, look fabulous in pots or the garden and need very little attention. We have many species that thrive in Zambia and offer them in a variety of sizes and shapes. Come and get “hooked” on our succulents.
